Taking the win in the 1.35m division was Kilkenny’s Eddie Moloney aboard the Niall Greene owned Damma Kannan Supreme, when double clear in 40.66 seconds. Owned and bred by Niall Greene, the nine-year-old gelding is by Kannan and out of the Camiro De Haar Z sired dam, Tonagh Trip The Lights. This is the second win for this combination having won the leg in Wexford Equestrian.
Claiming the runner-up place was Patrick Hickey and the eight-year-old Karmalensky when clear in 41.64. Joyce Veld took third place with Corrahoe Bounce when they also maintained a clean sheet in 44.19. Fastest of the four faulters and slotting into fourth place was Chic of Aranka, in a time of 40.73, ahead of Darryl Walker and Cushions who also had one down in a time of 42.56. Walker was chased home by Shane Moloney and the seven-year-old RFL Cornet on four faults in 42.78.

Darryl Walker was back in the ribbons, taking the win in the 1.20m division. Riding Marek Starzak’s , My Greenfort Princess, he lodged the winning round of clear in 26.84. Junior rider Shauna Curtis and Knockbrack Diamond Lady delivered a clear in 28.89 for second, ahead of fellow junior rider, Emily Moloney and Capitor Cruis who was also clear in a time of 29.97. Brendan Murphy and the six-year-old Roger De Mariposa, crossed the line with nothing to add in 31.75, while in fifth was Sebastian Curran and RBS Imiss Imperial, clear in 32.49. Completing the top six was Ciaran Moran and Greenhall Mullord (6 YO), clear in 32.60.

Kilkenny’s Brona Keane led the victory lap in the 1.10m, when she partnered Aileen O’ Connor’s Quality Diamond to a clear in 29.50. Marie Hartley accounted for the next two placings, taking second with Scarthill Vendi, clear in 29.64 and third with Nikita Van Het Heidenhof, clear in 29.66. Michael Floody and Indella slotted into fourth when clear in 31.12, while in fifth was Bill Maguire and Lilla My, clear in 31.49. Slotting into sixth was Sarah Wardell and Whydah, clear in 33.61.
