Leopardstown Racecourse is delighted to announce Mervue Equine as the Official Sponsor of the Leopardstown Best Turned Out League for the 2026 Bulmer’s Live at Leopardstown series running from June through to end of July.
The new partnership will see Mervue Equine support and recognise the outstanding care, presentation, and professionalism shown by stable staff throughout Leopardstown’s popular summer racing season. The Best Turned Out (BTO) League will reward the dedication and hard work that goes on behind the scenes, celebrating the grooms and stable staff teams who play such an important role in Irish racing.
The partnership builds on Mervue Equine’s growing involvement within the racing industry and follows the successful opening race day of their summer sponsorship series at Leopardstown on the 15th May. As part of the partnership, Mervue Equine will also be sponsoring two races and will generously provide prizes for the grooms of the Best Turned Out horses for any Leopardstown races.
Leopardstown’s Summer Series continues to attract large crowds across the season, combining quality flat racing with live entertainment and social evenings in one of the highlights of the Dublin summer calendar. The addition of the Mervue Equine Best Turned Out League further enhances the race day experience while shining a light on equine welfare and excellence in horse care.
Mark Clayton, CEO of Leopardstown Racecourse, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Mervue Equine as sponsors of our Best Turned Out League for the Summer Series. Recognising the hard work and commitment of grooms and stable staff is hugely important, as they are at the heart of our industry. Mervue Equine’s values around care, performance, and equine wellbeing align perfectly with what this initiative represents, and we look forward to working together throughout the summer.”
Dan McGrath, Mervue Equine Irish Sales Manager added: “We are proud to partner with Leopardstown Racecourse in supporting both the Best Turned Out League and race sponsorship during the renowned Bulmers Live at Leopardstown series.
As a brand committed to equine health and performance, Mervue Equine is delighted to support an initiative that promotes excellence at every level of the sport. We look forward to working closely with the Leopardstown team and being part of an exciting series ahead”
Throughout the series, Leopardstown and Mervue Equine will work together on a range of digital and on-course activations, including behind-the-scenes stable content, groom-focused features, and updates on the league standings across the summer.
Leopardstown Racecourse looks forward to working alongside Mervue Equine to deliver a successful and engaging Summer Series throughout June, July, and August.
